Products are usually solid but they have yet to fix their EXTREMELY GLITCHY website for over 8 months now. Cant even get to the screen where you view products to order because it keeps refreshing and booting you off. Weird that no attention has been paid to this issue

I've been shopping here at least once a week for a while simply because it's located near my house. However after checking my bank statements recently I'll be going elsewhere. Aside from the fact that 3 out of the last 5 times ive shopped here they've sold me stale flower, upon checking my bank statements i found out that every single time i paid with a card they overcharged me... If i buy something and the total is $18.50 they "round up" but not to the nearest dollar, these crooks go to the nearest 10 freaking dollars. So if the total is $18.50 instead of rounding to $19 they round it to $20 PLUS AN ADDITIONAL $3.50 service charge for using a card that THEY DONT TELL YOU ABOUT AT THE STORE... Thats $5 your're being robbed out of in that one small transaction. Now think about how that adds up if you shop there 4-6 times a month for a year... I can't imagine the amount of money they've stolen from us all in these overcharges and hidden unauthorized fees. Im filing a report with the better business bureau and I advise anyone else who pays with a card to check your bank accounts and do the same.

I only go to releaf. Great prices great products and honestly I have interacted with every one of their employees and they are all awesome. A lot of what I buy is for my elderly father that I now take care of after my mom passed away a couple months ago. Right after it happened I told my situation to Ashley to try to find my dad the right strain to help him sleep. Ashley could not have been any more helpful and still continues to be every time I see her in there even takes the time to ask how I'm doing with everything how he's doing.... It's not just good customer service it's actually caring about people. Even when it's not her helping me it's someone else doing an awesome job. Really a team of people to be proud of.

Amazing!! It's absolutely amazing.. I frequent the store and get to meet all the staff. Today, I met Mitch. I dont see him often, but he is a vibe. Not to say the other team members aren't a vibe, but he was spot on today. On arrival, the building front is clean, you breeze pass the first personality at the counter that checks your ID, and it is inviting from there on. This store is not saturated with merch but is tastefully decorated. The staff, all the staff is knowledgeable about the products, strains and specials and even if a new product is there they tell you about it. Customer Service is on point always. I’ve visited every dispensary in the area like native sun , nova farms, Mother Earth, Serenity, apothecary, and even the newest addition petals. NONE of them even come close to this dispensary. They stand by their word, they help a girl out when she’s falling in lakes and most impressively they remember WHO you are. Forever thankful for this team! I’d be lost without them!! Thank you so much for going above and beyond … there have been Mandy days my 17 month old has tired me out and burnt me to the ground; but you guys always spark me back up 🤍 MUCH LOVE !

It was extremely inconvenient for me to go to reLeaf in Mansfield tonight. I made a preorder on one single item, received text confirmation and when I showed up in the store they sold my preorder and offered me a replacement. Disappointed in what they did because of how inconvenient it was for me to make every effort to go there tonight. Manager apologized but that did not help me walking out with my preordered purchase.
I suggested if that ever happens again to any customer, they called the customer to let them know that the order is voided before they drive all the way out there.
My suggestion to anybody reading this review is to go the extra steps and call the store to make sure that they hold your order for you. Otherwise, you can’t trust them.
By the way, I guess because this is a negative review it takes me out of the chance of winning $500 which I will either use once and never go back or, if they actually change their procedure for pre-orders I may come back.

If you are looking for great deals, this is the place for you. They have specials a few times a week and always have a vip menu. Where else can you find $5 1g pre-rolls? It's location is easy in and easy out, always fast, and the staff is always helpful and sincere. I never feel rushed by Conner and his crew, and always give good advice. Trust me, it's worth the trip to make a visit here, and if you do, I'm sure you'll make multiple return visit.

EXCEPTIONAL!!!, Exceptional, Exceptional...!!!! This is hands-down the best recreational dispensary in the Mansfield MA area! The ambiance is warm & inviting, the staff are such compassionate & caring people!! They go the extra mile to be sure you'll be pleased with your purchase and look forward to your next visit. I find the prices to be very competitive and have picked up several great products here! I'm badly handicapped and go on my own and several staff have offered to help me navigate getting my walker in & out of the trunk and they hold the doors for me as well. I've gone to other nearby dispensaries like the one on the Brockton line and the one now in Norton. I disliked Norton immensely, especially after having gone to Releaf so often! The Brockton dispensary is nothing to look at and the prices are higher for sub par products! Since I'm unable to work anymore (my spine is badly twisting from severe Degenerative Disc Disease so I frequent this establishment in search of RELEAF from the intense spinal chord pain), I'm very frugal with the meager funds I have to survive on. I can promise you that the best prices & best products are at this location! A special Shout Out to Connor & Luke for their empathy and assistance!! It's become like going to see friends & family!! If you need Releaf from pain, stress, insomnia or just want to relax, RELIEF IS AT RELEAF on School street in Mansfield, MA - right across from Mansfield Crossing where Best Buy & Kohls are! Maybe sometimes customers just can’t get to the root of their pain, which is why they come in the first place to this dispensary to feel better. But that’s no excuse to take it out on the bud tenders. That’s whack! I’ve been going since the place opened and never really had much trouble. Any discrepancies I could’ve had have since passed, and all the bonding. I’ve done with everyone since has been a spectacle. Very good customer service all around and happy people. Not all customers are right, but the money is. So I’d suggest spending money here at releaf. Unfortunately, my lungs are screwed up so I have to find alternatives to Mike consumption. But there’s still other people out there that can manage their intake. Much better than I can. Lol. So come on down to this place and get treated with courtesy, quality service, and peace.

Soooo thankful for these amazing people! They took a lot of time educating me, helping me get exactly what I need for arthritis. This should be in every single state. The opioid epidemic is nationwide and this is NOT a gateway drug, but big Pharma is! Cannot believe how much this has helped me! Worth the 17 hour drive. So worth it.

One of the best shops around .Their prices aren’t as good as my own when I was a local trap lord, but compared to other shops they are fair .(I also didn’t pay taxes on mah herb mon ) The fact that they have a cart return policy shows they actually care about customer satisfaction …All the employs are friendly and knowledgeable, especially Amber , she’s the best . Bless up 🙏 .

Good if you know what brands to look for. If you don't you run the risk of getting some extremely old, dry garbage. That's just the way she goes, it's corporate weed. Prices are much better than when they first opened.

Was there on1/6 and had one of the most knowledgeable people there or someone who gave us a lot of feedback on stuff and sold us what was worth our dollar. Did not get his name but cashier number was 57067. Idk if that helps with reviews. Very happy with what we got!!!

The staff at releaf are a wonderful group who always make me me feel at home oddly enough every time I visit. Even though its at most a ten minute stay from walking in to walking out, its a meaningful exchange with people who genuinely like what they are doing and who they are doing it for. And a special shout out to Amber who has checked me out on occasion and always has something to recommend and the tall brown haired gentleman whos name I unfortunately never got to know but helped make my birthday real special

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Came here for my 21st birthday (Oct 1) and I'm so glad I chose to go to this location. I can't remember his name, but he was very patient and expressive, and he recommended me some of his go-to's and showed me a VIP selection, which I know I will enjoy. Wish I remembered his name, he was the s***! Think it was Connor...I was there around 5pm on Saturday. Got hooked up with a free T-Shirt as a B-Day gift as well. I will absolutely continue to return to this store.

I don't want to set them up for expectations for every customer but I wanted to say thank you for the small gift, it works great and I'm still in shock you'd do that for a random customer 😊

Stopped by this location to pick up an eighth. Had a gentleman help me out. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable!! Gave me some great recommendations on what I might enjoy. High quality purple punch Marijuana strain. Its taste and smell were fantastic with clean buds, really bright purple. Positive vibes, slow and steady high, potent enough. I got 1/2 pound yesterday. They are the best. Thanks guys for the good job.

Angie and Connor are the best! Connor is super knowledgeable and always has a good recommendation. And Angie is so sweet and helpful! I received a defective cartridge, Angie was very understanding and replaced it with a new one so quickly. This is my favorite bud shop in town

I recently moved here and the entire marijuana process has been a hassle. I was thrilled to find this company. The highest quality of products and customer satisfaction I’ve found in the Area. Seriously, don’t waste your time elsewhere. These guys are the best!!!!

This was my second time in this dispensary. The crew was super helpful and knowledgeable. I went in with the intention of getting a vape cart and I made it out the door with some new edibles that I have been wanting to try with a discount. I highly recommend these guys.

I had an amazing experience!! I love love love going there. Amazing product. Rachel repeated my order, offered there exclusive order without me asking an had a beautiful aura about her, as does everyone I encounter when I go there. They take pride, ALWAYS SMILE an REALLY KNOW HOW TO MAKE YOU FEEL SPECIAL AS A CUSTOMER, which makes me keep returning. Now that I only have me and my puppies to smoke with, I can by myself more product which means more visits!!
