I only go to releaf. Great prices great products and honestly I have interacted with every one of their employees and they are all awesome. A lot of what I buy is for my elderly father that I now take care of after my mom passed away a couple months ago. Right after it happened I told my situation to Ashley to try to find my dad the right strain to help him sleep. Ashley could not have been any more helpful and still continues to be every time I see her in there even takes the time to ask how I'm doing with everything how he's doing.... It's not just good customer service it's actually caring about people. Even when it's not her helping me it's someone else doing an awesome job. Really a team of people to be proud of.

Amazing!! It's absolutely amazing.. I frequent the store and get to meet all the staff. Today, I met Mitch. I dont see him often, but he is a vibe. Not to say the other team members aren't a vibe, but he was spot on today. On arrival, the building front is clean, you breeze pass the first personality at the counter that checks your ID, and it is inviting from there on. This store is not saturated with merch but is tastefully decorated. The staff, all the staff is knowledgeable about the products, strains and specials and even if a new product is there they tell you about it. Customer Service is on point always. I can't stress that enough. The vibe, the decor, the music, and everything sets a mood for you before you touch your strain. Try them, I can almost guarantee you won't be disappointed.

First off EMMA & MANDISA ARE THE KINDEST HUMANS EVER. These ladies have helped me from my vape falling in the lake to trading out clogged pens, I would drive an hour before I moved to north Attleboro just to be treated the way the treat me. I’ve visited every dispensary in the area like native sun , nova farms, Mother Earth, Serenity, apothecary, and even the newest addition petals. NONE of them even come close to this dispensary. They stand by their word, they help a girl out when she’s falling in lakes and most impressively they remember WHO you are. Forever thankful for this team! I’d be lost without them!! Thank you so much for going above and beyond … there have been Mandy days my 17 month old has tired me out and burnt me to the ground; but you guys always spark me back up 🤍 MUCH LOVE !

It was extremely inconvenient for me to go to reLeaf in Mansfield tonight. I made a preorder on one single item, received text confirmation and when I showed up in the store they sold my preorder and offered me a replacement. Disappointed in what they did because of how inconvenient it was for me to make every effort to go there tonight. Manager apologized but that did not help me walking out with my preordered purchase.
I suggested if that ever happens again to any customer, they called the customer to let them know that the order is voided before they drive all the way out there.
My suggestion to anybody reading this review is to go the extra steps and call the store to make sure that they hold your order for you. Otherwise, you can’t trust them.
By the way, I guess because this is a negative review it takes me out of the chance of winning $500 which I will either use once and never go back or, if they actually change their procedure for pre-orders I may come back.

After surgery, I was struggling with persistent neck pain and sought help from both my chiropractor and physical therapist, but neither offered any relief. It's location is easy in and easy out, always fast, and the staff is always helpful and sincere. I never feel rushed by Conner and his crew, and always give good advice. EXCEPTIONAL!!!, Exceptional, Exceptional...!!!! This is hands-down the best recreational dispensary in the Mansfield MA area! The ambiance is warm & inviting, the staff are such compassionate & caring people!! They go the extra mile to be sure you'll be pleased with your purchase and look forward to your next visit. I find the prices to be very competitive and have picked up several great products here! I'm badly handicapped and go on my own and several staff have offered to help me navigate getting my walker in & out of the trunk and they hold the doors for me as well. I've gone to other nearby dispensaries like the one on the Brockton line and the one now in Norton. I disliked Norton immensely, especially after having gone to Releaf so often! The Brockton dispensary is nothing to look at and the prices are higher for sub par products! Since I'm unable to work anymore (my spine is badly twisting from severe Degenerative Disc Disease so I frequent this establishment in search of RELEAF from the intense spinal chord pain), I'm very frugal with the meager funds I have to survive on. I recently heard that there were complaints about the staff? Why is that when they are awesome?! Maybe sometimes customers just can’t get to the root of their pain, which is why they come in the first place to this dispensary to feel better. But that’s no excuse to take it out on the bud tenders. That’s whack! I’ve been going since the place opened and never really had much trouble. Any discrepancies I could’ve had have since passed, and all the bonding. I’ve done with everyone since has been a spectacle. Very good customer service all around and happy people. Not all customers are right, but the money is. So I’d suggest spending money here at releaf. Unfortunately, my lungs are screwed up so I have to find alternatives to Mike consumption. But there’s still other people out there that can manage their intake. Much better than I can. Lol. So come on down to this place and get treated with courtesy, quality service, and peace.

I just wanna say that I am so happy Releaf has become a part of my community. The staff is very knowledgeable about their products and have no problems explaining things to you. I’m a 68-year-old woman with multiple physical elements. I find that the edibles are very helpful for sleep ,for pain and inflammation. Also, they have good products for stress relief I remember when Massachusetts first became legal I used to go to Brookline and have to wait 45 minutes to be serviced It’s so nice to be able to go locally and not have to wait. I believe that Releaf is an asset To our community, Thank you, you Releaf!

ReLeaf is a cool place with all types of people with different energies I’ve been here many times. Only the tax and prices are type higher than most due to their location I guess but it’s convenient for me so I still pay the extra money.

The prices and overall quality of the product is hard to beat. You may find better prices but you are sacrificing quality at a high rate. Every single staff member I have interacted with is knowledgeable and pleasant.

Amazing people deserve recognition, so I am compelled to leave this review. In a staff of exceptionally fantastic people at Releaf, AMBER D. shines out! She is extremely personable, hard-working, knowledgeable and friendly. So refreshing! She has gone above and beyond for me countless times and is always happy to do so. I am a medical patient, however I still regularly choose Releaf which is a recreational dispensary only. I attribute this to Amber’s level of knowledge and kindness which goes a long way with me. One of the best shops around .Their prices aren’t as good as my own when I was a local trap lord, but compared to other shops they are fair .(I also didn’t pay taxes on mah herb mon ) The fact that they have a cart return policy shows they actually care about customer satisfaction …All the employs are friendly and knowledgeable, especially Amber , she’s the best . The staff at releaf are a wonderful group who always make me me feel at home oddly enough every time I visit. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Came here for my 21st birthday (Oct 1) and I'm so glad I chose to go to this location. I can't remember his name, but he was very patient and expressive, and he recommended me some of his go-to's and showed me a VIP selection, which I know I will enjoy. Wish I remembered his name, he was the s***! Think it was Connor...I was there around 5pm on Saturday. Got hooked up with a free T-Shirt as a B-Day gift as well. I will absolutely continue to return to this store.

Stopped by this location to pick up an eighth. Had a gentleman help me out. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable!! Gave me some great recommendations on what I might enjoy. I had an amazing experience!! I love love love going there. Amazing product. Rachel repeated my order, offered there exclusive order without me asking an had a beautiful aura about her, as does everyone I encounter when I go there. Monday was my 21st birthday and of course I had to pop in to the dispensary to see what it’s all about. I was a little nervous walking in but the employees make it such a fun and easy experience. I was greeted at the door and then again at the counter by my bud tender Ettore He was super helpful when it came to finding what I wanted, he helped me pick the perfect strain for me and answered all the question I had for him!
